ISA EXPANSION PLAN

ISA was one of the companies that due to the issues of the national infrastructure, suffer the most in the last month.

The company was the responsible for the construction of the Prosperity Highway until a very shameful decision the national government decided that they could not get involved in the projects without an auction first, but due to an inter-administrative contract, ISA being a public company, could easily get this project.

Nevertheless the company is focused on its expansion plan, that when they presented did not took into account the construction of the Prosperity Highway, have know that Santos would want to prejudice?

In any case the company has a 3.9 billion COP$ expansion plan in order to get involved in construction projects all over the region (they currently are developing infrastructure in Chile), and with the participation in companies like CTEEP in Brazil and three electric transmission companies in Peru. The idea of the company is to generate revenues of 3.5 billion dollars by the end of 2016.

This plans will be funded with a bond issuance that in the first stage could be of about 1.7 billion COP$ to end in a second stage in 2.7 billion COP$.

For all the investors in the world that are interested in a fixed income assets investment this could be a great investment to make because, even in this economy in which no one know what will happen, Fitch Ratings gave the qualification of AAA to this bonds with a steady outlook.
