The Calima Shopping Center located in Armenia, and which is under construction is seeking to increase its surface and the number of locals.
That is why they launched in alliance with Allianza Fiduciaria, a fiduciary fund in order to get 11.700 million COP$ to build 15 other locals, some of which already could have some renters and that would turn this investment into a fixed income asset investment in the short term, with the potential of the revalorization of the fiduciary right.
The minimum investment would be 50 million COP$ (which represents a little more than 26 thousand dollars) in order to get 235 attached rights. The idea is to attract some local investors into the project due to the possibility of start getting the return of the investment by the end of the year or perhaps in the first quarter of 2013.
According to people involved in the project the shareholder would receive around 410.000 COP$ per month which would represent a profitability near the 10% annually which in the turmoil of the markets today is a good profitability. This without taking into account the revalorization of the locals that could take the profitability a little higher.
The idea of the Calima Company is to start operations by the end of November or starting December of the current year. So here is another investment opportunity, what do you think about this one? Would you invest on it?
