BVC CHANGES ITS TIMETABLE OF OPERATIONS

The BVC (Spanish acronym for Colombian Stock Exchange) at the end of the last week through a press release stated that will be changing its timetable of operations since today.

The BVC stated that “Given that New York time changes from 02:00 EST (Eastern Standard Time) to 03:00 EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) on the second Sunday in March and returns to its original schedule the first Sunday in November to change from 02:00 to 01:00 EDT, new hours of equity trading in Colombia changed”.

This represents that in the local market the operations will be forwarded between 8:30 am until 3:00 pm, and that the pre opening will start at 8:15 am and that the TTV Round of shares will be operating since 8:30 am up to 6:00 pm with a pre opening at 8:15 am.

The statement of the BVC also said that this timetable will be maintained until the first Sunday of November of the current year when the timetable will change again starting at 9:30 am.
