GITECO S.A.S. WITH A HOSTILE TAKE OVER

This company bought in the Colombian Stock Exchange the 5% of the shares of the company Fabricato-Tejicondor.

According to the shareholders report which is a requirement of the Superintendence of Finance, Fabricato stated that the company Giteco S.A.S. is in control of a share package of 5%.

According to the BVC (Spanish acronym for Colombian Stock Exchange) Fabricato has in circulation 9.196 million shares which could be traded in the open market everyday, and if we see the price of the share by the end of the day of 18^th of July was 91 COP$, which represents a market value for the company of 827.640 million COP$.

The Antioquian company presented a balance sheet in the first quarter with loses up to 9.000 million COP$ with incomes of 145.000 million COP$.
