COLOMBIA AND GERMANY SIGNED A FINANCE COOPERATION AGREEMENT

This last week the governments of Colombia and Germany signed a Finance Cooperation Agreement.

The agreement was signed for the ambassador of Germany in Colombia, Jurgen Christian Mertens, and the Chancellor of Colombia, Maria Angela Holguin in order to regulate the finance cooperation between the countries and set the basis for future finance cooperation agreements due to this regulation. Nevertheless the agreement should be ratified by the congress of the Republic of Colombia in order to start with the execution of the agreement.

This agreement will allow implementing programs with a reach of 200 million Euros which already have been agreed for the two governments.
